CONTROL MEASURES

• prefer* south flow, except as provided below

• from 0930-1230, prefer* north flow

• for operations north of the airfield, prefer* runway 17R with offset for arrivals, 35L with offset for departures

• retain current operations south of the airfield (no runway preference*; diverge from 17R according to traffic & destination)

• retain/enhance contraflow program

• minimize exceptions to contraflow

* “prefer” means according to the same criteria used now for weather, runway conditions and traffic load, recognizing that peak operations typically require both runways if available
