General Requirements for Mitigation Measures

• RAA formally proposes – November 2002

• FAA (ADO) approves – within 180 days of NEM acceptance

• RAA coordinates with local government as required – immediately

• RAA coordinates with affected communities – immediately

• FAA may provide funding for mitigation projects – upon NCP approval
