Chairman was not selected nor was another meeting scheduled.
Attendees requested more information such as:
1. Will Leigh Fisher (LF) use all of the different noise metrics listed on the handout (An Overview of Noise Metrics)?
2. If not all of the metrics listed, which ones do LF intend on using?
3. How will LF select their monitoring sites?
4. Will LF be using flight data off the flight strips?
5. Will LF take the weather into consideration?
6. Will LF take building structure (Old Louisville buildings) and the noise from other traffic (trucks) into consideration?
7. Will LF furnish a macro flow chart?
8. Will LF get 5-yr projection on operations data from UPS, Fed Ex and new aircraft maintenance?
9. Does the new aircraft maintenance (CAS) company plan on testing the engines in a shut house or outside?
10. Some committee members have difficulty converting Leigh Fisher e-mail.
11. Would LF furnish a copy of the reference source for the INM Guideline?
12. How will LF compare the data (e.g. different airports)?
13. What does EPA require for compliance?
