As the Airport Sponsor,
the RAA must decide which measure should be submitted to the FAA for approval.
To ensure community involvement in this process, the RAA will provide administrative
support for the NCSG in consultation with the NCSG chairperson. The RAA
will participate in NCSG meetings, review and consider NCSG recommendations,
and forward the final recommended NCP to the FAA.
