"The specific noise abatement measure that merits further consideration. The Regional Airport Authority Board should develop a plan to immediately fund the relocation or soundproofing, of the twenty two hundred (2200) residences that have been identified, in harms way, by the Leigh Fisher Associates Team this year. These twenty two hundred residences verified through this noise study, should be relieved of the sleep disturbance stress and excessive noise exposure as quickly as humanly possible."
